Zero - 60

I guess pushing little girls to go go go all day is bound to come back & hit you hard at some point. Last night after having a great day with the girls being so good in/out of car seats/appts & stores, just as we left to go get hubby from work the CROCODILE TEARS hit & I think they had been stock piled since birth the crying/tears & screams lasts the entire 25 minutes it took to drive to hubby's work!

It all started because the girls were watching a show when hubby said he was ready for pick up so we turned off the show & the youngest got REALLY upset. She was promptly carried to the truck, shoe obtained by the eldest for her & strapped into car seats. She kept saying she wanted out of the truck. So in the dark & pouring rain I offered to let her out on the road & this sent the other lovely daughter into panic. She didn't ever want her sister to go away "who would she play with" .... So when we got to hubby's work I took "the baby" out of her carseat as per her request, placed her on the wet pavement (in her sock feet) gave her shoes in hand & her baby, closed her door to the truck & sat back in the drivers seat (never closing my door) & she cried even harder & soon it wasn't soo bad to be in the truck & she wanted back in her seat. The cooperation started from then all the way home & she fell asleep on the drive home. It was hard to tell if she was sleeping or not because she had that post cry breathing going on.

The joys of motherhood!!!
