No Money

Thursdays we are lucky to have the vehicle after driving hubby to work. Hubby & I have put ourselves on a budget which he usually gets me my allowance out on payday since he has many more opportunities to go to the bank machine. But this past week I kept forgetting to get my allowance from him.. The allowance is for personal spending like lunches out with the girls or ice cream treats, all household purchases are still done via our debit card. After leaving home to start our day of running errand, I expressed in the truck that I forgot to get my allowance from daddy. I guess I have no money to go out for lunch.

The girls & I went to KOHLs (department store) here in our state & after browsing around the store a while the girls & I head to the check out with new sheets for their new room (which will hopefully be done this weekend). After the cashier scans all our purchases through my eldest daughter looks up at the lady & says "but we have no money so I guess we can't buy this". I'm a little red in the face by this point & the lady said it's okay your mommy used her card.
