HARD WORK

Today this arrived in my email sent out to everyone in my support team.. after yesterdays' blog I thought this was very appropriate!

When it seems too frustrating, tedious, difficult or uncomfortable, stop for a moment and give yourself time to remember. Stop for a moment and remember why you're doing it in the first place. When there's a meaningful reason behind what you're doing, then you'll be able to find the motivation and the energy to get it done. Connect yourself with that reason, and allow it to push you forward.

Because you have a reason, you have a very real stake in the outcome of your own efforts. Be sure to keep yourself connected to whatever that reason may be.

The discipline, persistence, commitment and effectiveness necessary to get the job done need substance to support and maintain them. They require a real and meaningful reason, a driving purpose, in order to thrive.

Whenever something starts to get you down, challenge yourself to remember why you're doing it. Remember why, and move ahead with a fresh, powerful, renewed sense of purpose. Remember why, and you'll have what it takes to get it done.

HARD WORK

I've decided I've got the hardest job of my life right now & no I'm not talking about being a parent, well I could be but I am not!

March 1, 2008 I decided to start my own business, referral based business for an incredible store that sell only safer, enco-friendly, concentrated products & they deliver right to your door. There are over 300+ million people living in the USA & 33+ million people in Canada & less than 1/4 of all people have ever heard of this amazing store that has been in business for 23 years. Melaleuca does not pay for any advertising, does not use celebrity endorsers. They became an 800+ million dollar company last year by word of mouth referal. They compensate those who want to help spread the word.

So why is this the hardest job of my life? Many reasons but the biggest reason:
Most jobs you start you are guarnteed a pay check while you are training & learning the ropes. Not so when you are in business for yourself!

The exciting thing is that when all my hard work/time/effort come through for me I will directly benefit. My monthly check will GROW++ I won't be stuck making the same I did when I started out! I can see why so many people fail when they are in business for themselves, but not this GAL!!

Working from HOME

It's been a full month now that I've been working from home. It's been FUN (most days). The big girls are very good, they know that if the office door is closed that mommy is working & not to run in yelling. The baby is getting a great afternoon nap established. I work a little bit in the morning, then again a wee bit in the afternoon & around 8EST. Its great to be able to work then go out & come home hang with the girls & work somemore!

Today the girls were especially good & played in the bsmt while I worked this afternoon OH WHAT A MESS they made. But luckily they realize that if they don't clean up there is NO FAMILY MOVIE for them tonight & they LOVE family movie night. They get so excited for Friday nights. On Thursdays we go to the Library & pick out our family movie & just wait for Dinner to be over on Friday to watch it!

LOVING NEW PRODUCTS

I got a large shipment of my new eco friendly products & I'm loving them. It's like Christmas. We are busy cleaning the house & loving the smell & the fact that we can still breath after cleaning. It's a wonderful feeling Can't wait for Family Friends to start using this stuff it's a wonderful product!

DING DONG

It's been a busy place chez nous this afternoon. I was originally trying to get a nap in but that didn't go well. The baby decided to wake up about 20 minutes into my quiet time. Then just as I'm done feeding her the door bell rang. The girls start running through the house screaming all excited. It was a box from the "NEW STORE" "my toothpaste" the eldest yells. Then we realize there are two boxes. The other box is a birthday gift from the Disney Store for our soon to be 3 year old. As we are opening the package she states..."yeah my own computer (laptop) so I can email". I know when I was 3 I wouldn't have said that maybe 23. It's a portable Princess Art Easel. They are nicely sharing this new toy right now! While I am typing to Auntie who sent the gift the door bell rings again & this time it's a gift from Childrens' Place. This box will remain closed till her actual birthday. But now I must go & check out my new Products.. I can't wait to clean!! Most of all I can't wait to share / introduce family & friends to these ecofriendly products!!!!
