Stepped on the scale at the Dr' today & in just 4 weeks I've lost all but 1 pound YAHOOOOOO... I'm so excited it will all be gone just in time for the Christmas season! I don't remember the weight ever coming off so quickly before. Hopefully I'll be fitting into all my normal clothes soon. Just because the number has gone down doesn't mean the body has gone back to the same shape it was before.
