Sad Day

Just doing my usual Monday morning activities. Checking bank acct, paying bills on line. Realized today it cost me money to sent money to Canada. Usually the American dollar is worth money but not last week it cost me money to convert it to Canadian. How sad is that for me being in the USA.

Oh Birthday MONEY

I love birthday money.. it's all mine to spend on what ever I want.. & boy did I spend it! Today was the start of a big sale at our local fabric store "Joanne Fabric" President Day Sales. Americans do up their sales wonderfully.. Today most items & all weekend, are 50% off + 10% entire purchase.. So I shopped, shopped & shopped some more.. & am now all set up to start sewing more stuff! They had a pattern sale 5 for $5.. gotta love SALES... Can't wait to get down to the sewing machine!! THANK YOU for my birthday money!! I never knew having the money instead of a gift would be so much fun!!
