Book Club...

Yesterday afternoon when I picked up my 1st grader off the bus she started chatting a mile a minute, and it was all about a book club. She explained she would like to invite friends over (she has a list) & they would sit around and read books, eat snacks and talk. How stinking cute is that. I'm not sure where she got all these details but I think it's great. Hubby & I are terrible at making time to read for our own pleasure & we have never had/been to a book club, so we know it's not from us that she's learned about this.

Now I need to find a time to let her do this. Going to email the teacher & see if she has any book recommendations.
